Need your download?
Check the email address used at checkout, including spam and promotions folders. If the download is missing or will not open, send your order number and purchase email so we can locate the order.
Request a refund
Email your order number, purchase email, and the product involved. Do not include card numbers, passwords, or banking details. A request is not an automatic refund approval; any applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.
Stop marketing emails
Use the unsubscribe link in a Garden email. If that link is not working for you, email us from the subscribed address with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. Order receipts and replies to support requests are separate from marketing emails.
Privacy questions
You can ask about information associated with your email address, request a correction, or ask for deletion. Please avoid sending medical records or sensitive personal details.
What you purchased
The Codex is a digital PDF. The Four-Season Field Book Collection is a separate digital download. Neither purchase starts an app subscription. Keep your receipt for the exact products and amount paid.
